Your Seamless Study Visa Application Journey
A tightly prepared application with no loopholes is the first step towards getting a student visa. We will guide you towards the academic entry requirements for different universities that are offering the course you are interested in. Their requirements may be the same with some slight difference. Here is a list of documents that are required to ensure a smooth processing of your student visa application.
Letter of Offer
After successful submission of admission application to your choice of university, you’ll receive an offer letter/letter of offer. It outlines your course details, enrolment conditions, and total tuition fee payable at your end.
● Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
It verifies your enrolment in your chosen course and is issued by the university or the education provider after the deposit is paid.
● Proof of English Proficiency
This is needed to prove to the Australian Government that you meet the minimum English proficiency levels needed to complete the course that you’re enrolled in. It’s mandatory for students from non-English speaking countries.
● Genuine Temporary Entrant Requirement
GTE requirement is needed to assess applicants whether they’re genuinely interested in the course they’ve applied for or it’s just a stand-in for a hidden agenda. It’s like an undertaking from the applicant that they’ll not overstay their visa and are visiting only on a temporary basis for course completion.
● Proof of Sufficient Funds
Applicants must prove that they have sufficient funds to support themselves throughout their stay in Australia. Bank statements, grants, scholarships, statement of parents’ or partner’s annual income which should be AUD$62,222 in the year immediately prior to when you apply.
● Overseas Student Health Cover
It’s a deal-breaker when it comes to accepting or rejecting your visa application. Applicant’s overseas Student health cover must include the cost of
- Medical or hospital care during stay in Australia
- Most prescription medicines
- Ambulance cost in event of emergency
- Health Requirements
Applicants are required to be in good health before they set foot on Australian soil. Therefore applicants will be required to provide a medical certificate.
Application preparation is just the first step. Application submission is another crucial aspect of visa processing. The timing of application submission is an important consideration. Your entire process of applying for course, enrolment, and application submission should be synchronised with the average visa application waiting time which is different for different countries. It depends on the application backlog for each country with the Australian Embassy. A streamlined application submission process is our USP. We plan ahead for 100% guaranteed success.
A successful application submission is followed by a scheduled interview at the embassy. We prepare you for the interview, giving you important pointers to work on. Many visa applications get stuck at this stage and may even get rejected if the interviewer is not satisfied with your answers. We impart interview training to our student visa applicants that gives them the required confidence to get through this stage with ease.
